Return Policy
Custom Made Designs
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any custom designed item. Since these items are made to order according to your specifications, all sales are final. If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing it.
Please review your customization options carefully before you place your order. If you are concerned about color matching, we would be happy to send you up to 5 color swatches through the mail.
Ready-Made Designs
These items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of shipping date.
Return Instructions
All returns must be approved prior to shipment back to Eleni Hope Designs. Please Contact Us to receive your Return Authorization #. We will not accept any returns without this number. Items must be returned in new, unused condition with their original tags and packaging.
We will not be held responsible for items lost in the mail. Therefore, we suggest that all items are returned insured. In addition, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We reserve the right to inspect all returns to ensure that they are in sellable condition.
Our Guarentee
We stand behind the construction of all our products. Each item is individually handmade and inspected with attention to detail, quality and durability in mind. If a problem arises with the construction of your design or your design doesn’t match your order form, we will be happy to correct the problem. Eleni Hope Designs is not responsible for damage to products caused by normal use or cleaning.
Damages
Although we do our best to ship all items in perfect condition, occasionally, errors do occur. If your items were made incorrectly or you received a defective product, we would be happy to correct the problem free of charge. Please notify us with 14 days of receipt of your order, so that we can resolve the situation.
